Annual Verification is currently open. Completion is required by ALL Cedar Rapids Community School District families for ALL enrolled students.
Annual Verification through the Parent Portal lets us know that your student will be attending a CRCSD school for the upcoming school year so that we can adequately plan for classroom assignments and transportation needs. This is also when parents can sign up to receive communications from the school, sign all permission slips needed for the year (media release, field trip permission, and technology use), and complete forms to qualify for reduced school fees. Click the “Infinite Campus Parent Portal” button below to log into the Infinite Campus Parent Portal to complete your Annual Verification. Annual Verification must be completed before school starts.
If you need assistance accessing the Parent Portal before August 1st, please get in touch with the Registration Office at the Cedar Rapids Community School District at 319-558-2570 to reset passwords or create a Parent Portal Account in Infinite Campus. After August 1st, you may contact Ms. Brenda Morillo in the Jefferson High School Counseling Office at 319-558-2435 Option 4 to reset passwords and create Parent Portal accounts.
Additionally, if you believe your student qualifies for Free and Reduced benefits but they are not directly certified, you will need to apply through the Meal Magic Family Portal after July 1st. Please use the link below after July 1st, 2025, to apply via the state form.

Jefferson High School has a full-time school-based health clinic, also known as Metro Care Connection or MCC. MCC is a health clinic providing services such as routine physical examinations, which are required for students to participate in sports.
