Current Students
- For most requests, please email Mrs. Morillo (Counseling Secretary).
- If your transcript needs to be sent to the NCAA or NAIA for Athletic Eligibility purposes, please email Mr. Edwards in the Counseling Office.
- Current students can also come to the main office to get a transcript.
- Drop off or email any additional forms your counselor needs to fill out or sign. The college or university will notify you if there are specific forms to be completed.
- If requesting a letter of recommendation from your counselor, submit a resume or list of activities in advance of the request.
- Final SENIOR Transcripts will be mailed to the college/university you have requested in mid-June at no cost to you. (Students will complete a separate final transcript request in May of their graduation year.)

Diploma Replacements
Copies of diplomas must be requested from Herff-Jones (Jefferson High School does not keep copies).
A check or money order should be made payable to Herff Jones for the amount of $45.00:

Diploma request forms take approximately six weeks to process and receive.
